Coconut Egg Avocado Salad

Enjoy this refreshing midday light lunch recipe with just a few steps!

Ingredients :
Serving Size : 1


1 hard boiled egg
1 avocado
1 tablespoon of coconut shreds
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of washed lettuce shreds
1 tablespoon of diced onions
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
A pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

1 - Get a clean bowl
2 - Cut up your avocado into cubes
3 - Cut up your hard boiled egg into cubes 
4 - Put the lettuce into the bowl and top it with the rest of the ingredients
5  - Mix all the ingredients together 
6- VOILA! Your delicious salad is ready to eat!
