One Large Whole Grain Tortilla
Three tablespoons of fat free cottage cheese
10 slices of cherry tomatoes
Two tablespoons of diced onions
1/4 cup of spinach
1 teaspoon of pesto
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
A sprinkle of rosemary
1 - Place the whole grain tortilla on a baking tray
2 - Get a bowl and put the fat free cottage cheese,pesto, spinach, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder in it and mix them together.
3- Spread the mixture on the whole grain tortilla
4- Add the cherry tomato halves evenly on top of the spread and sprinkle with rosemary
5 - Put your pizza in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes on 400 Fahrenheit (220 Celsius)
6 - Voila! Now your healthy "Lite" Pizza is ready to eat!!
