Today we present to you a healthy protein packed alternative to coleslaw with a sweet kick!
Ingredients : Serving size : 1 1 cup of fresh cut slaw mix (shredded carrots and cabbage) A handful of sliced fresh mushrooms 12 halves of seedless grapes 1 slice of fat free turkey cut up in squares 1 Tablespoon of chopped onions 1 teaspoon of fat free yogurt 1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder A drizzle of honey Directions: 1 - Get a bowl and add a cup of fresh slaw mix 2 - Add the mushrooms, turkey squares, chopped onions and grape halves and mix 3 - Add the fat free yogurt, mayonnaise and the garlic powder and mix all the ingredients together 4 - To finish the salad top it off with a nice drizzle of honey 5 - Voila! Your healthy slaw salad is ready for you to eat! Enjoy!
