1 - 1 frozen banana
2 - 1/2 a cup of frozen pineapple chunks
3 - 1/2 a cup of kale
4 - 1 cup of skimmed milk
5 - 1/4 cup of Jordan's Skinny Coconut Gourmet Syrup
6 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 - Cut the frozen banana in half
2 - Insert the banana, pineapple chunks and kale into a blender
