Low Calorie Pina Colada Green Smoothie

Get your daily vitamins with this delicious and nutritious green smoothie! If you love the taste of tropical drinks, then you will certainly love this smoothie! 


Ingredients :

1 - 1 frozen banana
2 - 1/2 a cup of frozen pineapple chunks
3 - 1/2 a cup of kale
4 - 1 cup of skimmed milk
5 - 1/4 cup of Jordan's Skinny Coconut Gourmet Syrup
6 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions :

1 - Cut the frozen banana in half
2 - Insert the banana, pineapple chunks and kale into a blender
3  - Add the cup of milk , the coconut syrup and the tablespoon of lemon juice
4 - Close the blender lid tightly and turn on your blender to the maximum
5 - Keep blending until all the ingredients are blended in a homogeneous smoothie consistency
6 - Make sure there are no lumps or fruit chunks in the mixture
7 - Now your smoothie is ready! Pour it in your favorite tumbler and drink away!
