Ingredients Serving Size : 1 1 Tablespoon of chopped onions 1 Fat Free Turkey slice cut up into squares 1 cup of cut and clean kale A handful of clean and sliced fresh mushrooms 12 halves of cherry tomatoes 1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of Fat Free yogurt 1 teaspoon of lemon juice A drizzle of honey Directions : 1 - Get a bowl and add the onions, kale, turkey. mushrooms and cherry tomatoes 2 - Mix them all together 3 - Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice 4- Mix all the ingredients together 5 - Top off your salad with a nice drizzle of honey 6 - Your savory kale salad is ready to be eaten!
