Spaghetti squash is just as good as pasta but with 70% less calories. Here is a spaghetti squash recipe that will blow your mind away!
Serving size : 2
1/2 a spaghetti squash
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1/2 chopped onion
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 cup of Prego pasta sauce
1/4 cup of hot water
Clean and Drained Ground beef
1 tablespoon of salt
1 - Get your half of spaghetti squash and take all the seeds out
2 - Season the half of spaghetti squash with salt, pepper and a pinch of garlic powder
3 - Get a baking pan and put your spaghetti squash facing down on it
4- Put the spaghetti squash in the oven on 400 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes
5 - While the squash is cooking, get a saucepan and add the chopped onions, ground beef, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic powder and cook until beef is no longer raw.
6 - Add the Prego pasta sauce and hot water to the beef onion mixture and mix all together on low heat.
7 - When your spaghetti squash is cooked all the way through, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
8 - Turn over the spaghetti squash and scoop out the inside of it with a big spoon and serve it on a plate. You are supposed to have beautiful spaghetti strings of squash.
9 - Top the served spaghetti squash with the Prego meat sauce.
10- Voila! Your healthy pasta alternative recipe is ready to be eaten!
