There is nothing more nerve calming and self soothing that a nice hot drink in these cold winter days. In this post we offer you an easy, delicious but a low calorie recipe : Lite Coconut Chai Latte Ingredients: 1 cup of Skimmed Milk/Almond Milk 1 Tea Bag of Red Ahmed Tea/ Twinings 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 Tablespoon of Jordan's Skinny Coconut Syrup 1/4 teaspoon of powdered clove A Pinch of Coconut Shreds Directions: 1- Put your cup of choice of skimmed milk in the microwave on high setting for 2 minutes (Bring to Boil). 2- Add your choice of red tea bag (leave teabag in depending on how heavy you like your tea's concentration to be) 3 - Add the clove, cinnamon and coconut syrup and mix until frothy 4- Add a pinch of coconut shreds 5 - Start drinking away! Enjoy!
