3 - Put your alarm at least 3 meters away from your bed so you get to have to walk up to it to turn it off.
4 - Set your coffee machine that night before so your coffee can be ready as soon as you wake up

5 - Associate your morning with something you love to do like having your morning coffee on your balcony and smelling the fresh air,
6 - Do some morning stretches as soon as you wake up
