Many new mothers find making healthy food that is palatable for their babies difficult, whether its the ingredients, texture or amount, it gets stressful and confusing.With this post we will provide you with a nutritious, delicious and easy recipe for you to make for your baby.
Servings : 3
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cleaned and peeled Zucchini
1 cleaned and peeled potato
.25 pound of ground beef
1/2 diced onion
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 florette of clean broccoli
5 peeled and cleaned baby carrots
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
.25 cup of boiling water (you can add more depending on desired consistency)
1 - In a water filled saucepan add vegetables and boil for 30 minutes
2 - While vegetables are boiling, get another saucepan and add the olive oil and add the diced onions and beef, stir till beef is completely cooked
3 - Once veges and beef are ready, put them in a blender with boiling water and cream cheese
4 - Blend mixture till desired consistency depending on your child's feeding skills
5 - Serve into three 7 oz containers
6- Let serving cool for 10 minutes and serve baby!
